The Iowa caucus ……. The first step in possibly choosing the next ‘killer in chief’ or perhaps more correctly, having him chosen for us. Except for ‘rock star’ Ron Paul, the rest of the candidates have all pledged to continue the neocon/neolib wars of aggression, both foreign and domestic, expousing some form of twisted Christianity and hoping few are paying attention to their hypocrisy and greed or the hidden hands that pull the strings and wrap around their necks when necessary.

Game plans – Protocol # 7
The intensification of armaments, the increase of police forces – are all essential for the completion of the plans.
We must create ferments, discords and hostility. Therein we gain a double advantage. In the first place we keep in check all countries, for they will know that we have the power whenever we like to create disorders or to restore order. All these countries are accustomed to see in us an indispensable force of coercion. In the second place, by our intrigues we shall tangle up all the threads which we have stretched into the cabinets of all States by means of the political, by economic treaties, or loan obligations.
In order to succeed in this we must use great cunning and penetration during negotiations and agreements, but, as regards what is called the “official language,” we shall keep to the opposite tactics and assume the mask of honesty and complacency. In this way the peoples and governments of the GOYIM, whom we have taught to look only at the outside whatever we present to their notice, will still continue to accept us as the benefactors and saviours of the human race.
We must be in a position to respond to every act of opposition by war with the neighbors of that country which dares to oppose us: but if these neighbors should also venture to stand collectively together against us, then we must offer resistance by a universal war.
In a word, to sum up our system of keeping the governments of the goyim in in check, we shall show our strength to one of them by terrorist attempts and to all, if we allow the possibility of a general rising against us, we shall respond with the guns of America or China.
THE PRESS, WHICH, WITH A FEW EXCEPTIONS THAT MAY BE DISREGARDED, IS ALREADY ENTIRELY IN OUR HANDS.
Protocol # 10
WE NAME PRESIDENTS
We shall establish the responsibility of presidents.
By that time we shall be in a position to disregard forms in carrying through matters for which our impersonal puppet will be responsible.
In order that our scheme may produce this result we shall arrange elections in favor of such presidents as have in their past some dark, undiscovered stain, then they will be trustworthy agents for the accomplishment of our plans out of fear of revelations and from the natural desire of everyone who has attained power, namely, the retention of the privileges, advantages and honor connected with the office of president.
The president will, at our discretion, interpret the sense of such of the existing laws as admit of various interpretation; he will further annul them when we indicate to him the necessity to do so, besides this, he will have the right to propose temporary laws, and even new departures in the government constitutional working, the pretext both for the one and the other being the requirements for the supreme welfare of the State.
We shall obtain the power of destroying little by little, step by step, all that at the outset when we enter on our rights, we are compelled to introduce into the constitutions of States to prepare for the transition to an imperceptible abolition of every kind of constitution, and then the time is come to turn every form of government into OUR DESPOTISM.
The recognition of our despot may also come before the destruction of the constitution; the moment for this recognition will come when the peoples, utterly wearied by the irregularities and incompetence – a matter which we shall arrange for – of their rulers, will clamor: “Away with them and give us one king over all the earth who will unite us and annihilate the causes of disorders – frontiers, nationalities, religions, State debts – who will give us peace and quiet which we cannot find under our rulers and representatives.”
But you yourselves perfectly well know that TO PRODUCE THE POSSIBILITY OF THE EXPRESSION OF SUCH WISHES BY ALL THE NATIONS IT IS INDISPENSABLE TO TROUBLE IN ALL COUNTRIES THE PEOPLE’S RELATIONS WITH THEIR GOVERNMENTS SO AS TO UTTERLY EXHAUST HUMANITY WITH DISSENSION, HATRED, STRUGGLE, ENVY AND EVEN BY THE USE OF TORTURE, BY STARVATION, BY THE INOCULATION OF DISEASES, BY WANT, SO THAT THE “GOYIM” SEE NO OTHER ISSUE THAN TO TAKE REFUGE IN OUR COMPLETE SOVEREIGNTY IN MONEY AND IN ALL ELSE.
It’s a pulp fiction political world we’re living in. Poorly written, badly put together and dumbed down to the lowest common denominator. This fiction continues to sell because we have a hard time remembering that it’s all been told before and we’re so trusting that there will be something new. The story was worthless then and it’s worthless now.
And, for an instant, she stared directly into those soft blue eyes and knew, with an instinctive mammalian certainty, that the exceedingly rich were no longer even remotely human.
Elections get us what? Voting can’t even make a dent in the War on Drugs much less the war on humanity.
We swap out some of the bloody traitors for some soon to be bloody traitors. That’s what passes for progress.
Politicians and elections are like dogs fighting over the frisbee. No matter who wins they chew up the prize, toss it aside and expect us to play some more.
Maybe it’s time to take a deep breath and try to figure out what to do next. Playing the same game over and over again using rigged rules is obviously not working. Suggestions are more than welcome.
My snail mail box is filled everyday with campaign crap like this GOP ‘flyer’ against state rep Kent Coleman. What’s funny is that I don’t even live in his district.
Not that Coleman and Obama don’t deserve to be poked and prodded for the political whores they are but this two party scam is getting tiresome. No matter who wins, “we the people” are always the losers. Wars, thefts, social manipulations and taxes will continue on.
My local ballot will not have a single person listed who deserves a vote. Most could even be called traitors.
Yes, I’ll vote. It takes me awhile because I’ll write in (actually punch in on the potentially fraudulent electronic voting machines) “None of the Above” for most of the offices that are up for being bought.
Democracy just ain’t what it used to be … or maybe it never really was what we were conditioned to believe.
We the American people are the only ones who can stop the madness that is leading us to ruin. The question is if we will or just watch as it happens.
“It has now become evident to a critical mass that the Republican and Democratic parties, along with all three branches of our government, have been bought off by a well-organized Economic Elite who are tactically destroying our way of life. The harsh truth is that 99% of the US population no longer has political representation. The US economy, government and tax system is now blatantly rigged against us.Current statistical societal indicators clearly demonstrate that a strategic attack has been launched and an analysis of current governmental policies prove that conditions for 99% of Americans will continue to deteriorate. The Economic Elite have engineered a financial coup and have brought war to our doorstep. . . and make no mistake, they have launched a war to eliminate the US middle class.” more
War with Iran could well be the total breaking point for what is left of middle America. The U.S. has no quarrel with Iran. They are not our enemy. A war will only be because of the blackmail and control Israel holds over a relative few in our government. Perhaps the rumblings are just threats and rhetoric. But the bottom line is that Israel is psychopathic and by extension so is anyone who goes along with them.
Is war just around the corner? While in theory it would make perfect sense to distract Americans from the long road to US insolvency, and other more pressing issues such as the endless criminality all around us, in practice we have so far heard merely rumors. The Herald of Scotland, however, may have credible proof that a US-led attack on Iran approaches and could be just days away. The newspaper has procured proof of an arms shipment to Diego Garcia, which consists of “of 195 smart, guided, Blu-110 bombs and 192 massive 2000lb Blu-117 bombs…put in place for an assault on Iran’s controversial nuclear facilities.” Additional insight comes from Dan Plesch, director of the Centre for International Studies and Diplomacy at the University of London: “They are gearing up totally for the destruction of Iran. US bombers are ready today to destroy 10,000 targets in Iran in a few hours.” Is war imminent?
Israel is among the world’s richest nations. Nevertheless, Israel receives more U.S. tax payer money than any other ‘single recipient’ of what is euphemistically called ‘U.S. aid’, more, in fact, than all of Latin America, the Caribbean, and Africa combined. Though Israel is barely larger in population than metropolitan Los Angeles, Chicago or Houston, it receives more aid than two continents. Those areas include some of the poorest regions which receive much less U.S. aid than does wealthy Israel who clearly does not need it.
Then what does U.S. aid to Israel consist of? At the top of the list is, of course, the aforementioned cold, hard cash. Other ‘aid’ includes the weapons of war themselves. more
The face of the corrupt congress. Back again.
(11-05) 00:10 PST LOS ANGELES, (AP) —
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi was easily re-elected Tuesday, overcoming a challenge from anti-war activist Cindy Sheehan.
Pelosi was elected to a 12th House term representing San Francisco with 71.56 percent of the vote, compared to 17.19 percent for Sheehan, with 67 percent of precincts reporting.
Sheehan didn’t concede defeat but vowed to run again in 2010. She accused the media of ignoring her and criticized Pelosi for not debating her.
“Just avoiding a debate shows a lot of disrespect for my campaign,” she said.
“We tried very hard to get our message out, but it is very hard when the media does not listen to your message.”
Pelosi, who has easily fended off past challenges from the left, said she respected Sheehan’s right to run. But for the most part she ignored her during the campaign.
Cindy Sheehan, and Nancy Pelosi Zio-Fraud
November 5, 2008
Now we can all look forward to the three horsemen of the apocalypse — Obama, Pelosi, & Reid — trashing what little remains of the Constitution and Bill of Rights, of the American way, of capitalism, of free will, of the American Dream.
If your radio goes silent, it’s all in the name of fairness. If the phone rings, it’s just the social engineers reminding you that it’s not about you. If your doorbell rings, it’s just the Nanny-State come to baby-sit you and change your diaper.
America is now a third world country.
Keep your powder dry.

With tremendous respect and appreciation, congratulations Cindy on your successful run against the formidable Democratic House Speaker, Nancy Pelosi. Success does not always show itself in numbers of pulled levers, pushed buttons, touched screens or whatever godforsaken voting machine one uses in California’s District 8.
Success is shown in the great numbers of Americans who have supported you and your efforts since we first uttered to a friend, a colleague, a family member, “Hey, did you hear about the woman whose son was killed in Iraq? She’s camping outside Bush’s ranch in Texas. Yea, she wants to ask the president for what noble cause did her son die…that’s a damn good question.”
In the summer of 2005, success might have been measured by President Bush taking a break from clearing brush to answer that simple question of a mother whose beloved son was killed in his “noble” war.
Instead, success was measured by the thousands upon thousands of supporters who traveled from all over the country, the world, to a small town called Crawford helping to ignite the anti-war movement in this country.
When evidence first trickled and then poured in that the attack and occupation of Iraq was based on lies and intelligence “fixed” around the policy, that our government was abandoning habeas corpus, engaging in extraordinary rendition and torture, when countless Americans fell victim to illegal wiretapping, you were there to shine light on it.
Success might have been measured by the impeachment and removal of those responsible for these crimes against humanity and our Constitution. By joining with thousands of Americans who refused to tolerate these egregious acts you were successful in helping to awaken, energize and give hope and direction to millions of people.
When you refused to play the game and fearlessly confronted “non-Republican” leaders, you were chastised and abandoned by those who had used you for their own gain. Instead of shrinking away, you stood tall and you were successful in taking control of your own destiny.
When House Speaker Nancy Pelosi refused to abide by her sworn oath to defend and protect the Constitution at least in part to cover her own criminal trail, you were successful in becoming the sixth person in the history of California to qualify as a third party candidate in order to challenge her in the 2008 congressional election.
You inspired everyday citizens to throw their hats in the ring, to declare this the year they would stop responding to fear and vote for a third party candidate who actually represented their views. Through your courage and at times unconventional ways, you reminded us what a real democracy looks like.
Throughout the campaign process you and your staff were victims of harassment, the breaking and entering of your campaign office and theft. You were forced to run a challenge against an opponent too afraid to face you for a single debate and a press that chose to act as pawns of the powers to be rather than champions of a free nation. But, like so many times before you weathered the storm. In the process, you earned a respectable showing against a powerful politician wedded to a corrupt establishment.
In an age where people demand immediate gratification or else they bail, you showed that no great change can come by giving in to those who would divide, by backing off when confrontation is what is in order, or by trading integrity for approval.
Congratulations Cindy on successfully speaking truth to power, for enduring when others would cave, and for demonstrating that from the deepest depth of despair we can rise up and realize our strength and with it help change the world.
Not much to say about my vote today. Just a rejection of the entire presidential process. A two party monopoly with repression of all third party candidates.
