Individuals who profit exceedingly well for "non-profit" organizations

Posted on Updated on

Haaretz reports on How much do U.S. Jewish leaders make? It is taken from the Jewish Daily Forward’s article that focuses not on some of the excessive salaries but on the disparity between the positions and pay of men and women. Without looking into each and every one, I take it they all are ‘classified’ as non-profits, charities, religious and educational organizations.

The entire chart is here but let’s look at one of them, the Anti-Defamation League and their ‘leader’ Abe Foxman.

Photobucket

Over a half a mil a year is a lot of profit for Foxman for his anti-truth hate speech. The ADL is classified as a not-for-profit organization recognized as tax-exempt under Internal Revenue Code section 501(c)(3). What does the IRS say are the requirements?

To be tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, an organization must be organized and operated exclusively for exempt purposes set forth in section 501(c)(3), and none of its earnings may inure to any private shareholder or individual. In addition, it may not be an action organization, i.e., it may not attempt to influence legislation as a substantial part of its activities and it may not participate in any campaign activity for or against political candidates. source

In general, no organization may qualify for section 501(c)(3) status if a substantial part of its activities is attempting to influence legislation (commonly known as lobbying). A 501(c)(3) organization may engage in some lobbying, but too much lobbying activity risks loss of tax-exempt status.

An organization will be regarded as attempting to influence legislation if it contacts, or urges the public to contact, members or employees of a legislative body for the purpose of proposing, supporting, or opposing legislation, or if the organization advocates the adoption or rejection of legislation. source

“Some lobbying but not too much?” Who defines that? As a current example, is this the ADL advocating adoption of legislation in disregard to IRS rules?

We urge the Senate to do its part and to pass the DREAM Act without delay.”

It sure seems as if they are advocating legislation to me. I guess the ADL gets around the rules by just saying yeah we’re lobbying, but not too much. No one in Congress or the IRS is going to call them out on it anyway.

AIPAC is a 501C4 non-profit and they pay their top dog very well for the job of seeing to it that we give Israel billions of dollars each year and fight their wars for them. Something’s very wrong when a nest of spies is classified as a non-profit.

The IRmep Center for Policy and Law Enforcement has filed a 1,389 page complaint demanding that AIPAC’s tax exempt status be retroactively revoked.

They have the details, a rock solid case, but don’t hold your breath on that one.

So check out the chart. If we had the time we could go on and on about most of them. These are not the soup kitchens and charitable groups we tend to think of non-profits as being but propagandists, Israel firsters and agenda driven profiteers. Some could be even be called thieves, sanctioned by the IRS.

Unnecessary and Immoral

Summary: The federal income tax is an unnecessary and immoral tax. I am in favor of abolishing the federal income tax and eventually the entire IRS. YOUR income from YOUR labor belongs to you and no one else, especially the government, has the right to steal it from you. Most Americans are unaware that while the government collects $1,200 billion in federal income taxes and collects roughly $3,000 billion in total taxes, the fact is that “only” $67 billion is necessary to run the executive, legislative, and judicial branches, which includes the FBI and federal court system. (1) (2) (3)

When one compares this amount to the Banker Bailout of October 2008 for $800 billion and the Obama Stimulus Plan for $1,100 billion with interest, one wonders why not bailout the taxpayer in a plunging economy instead?

Although a removal of this tax will be strongly opposed, likely not even addressed, by my Republican and Democrat opponents, I am extremely confident that this is the best step for each individual and our country as a whole to achieve prosperity since the tax’s only purposes are to redistribute wealth and steal the fruit of one’s labor.

The elimination of this tax will be paid for by ending the costly overseas military empire of 761 bases in 147 countries which includes 54,974 soldiers based in Germany, and 34,039 soldiers based in Japan, although WWII ended 64 years ago. (4)

Since eliminating the tax may not be politically possible while I am in office, I also pledge to aggressively fight to abrade the strength and breadth of this tax by introducing a series of bills that legislate changes such as no income tax withholding from paychecks, no taxes on tips, raising the standard deduction, removing taxes on capital gains and interest, and many more. I am open to supporting other transition plans and ideas, but all must undeniably reduce the tax burden, and not be “revenue-neutral.”

I recognize that most people have been engrained with the idea that we must have an IRS income tax, that everyone must “pay their fair share” to the country. Although I will grant that an absence of taxes is impossible, nothing could be further from the truth than to claim the federal income tax is necessary. Therefore, here is the truth with sources to support my reasoning:

1)The federal income tax was originally a Marxist idea. In 1848, Karl Marx wrote the 10 Planks of a Communist State in his Communist Manifesto. The second plank, right after the abolition of private property was “a heavy progressive or graduated income tax.” (5) In 1909, this Marxist idea was politically accepted by Americans as retribution against the “evil capitalists” who had caused the Panic of 1907, although fraudulent money and credit expansions by the bankers was the real root cause. 100 years later, both political parties still scapegoat all those in the financial industry as “evil doers.” (6) (7) By claiming an ever-increasing amount of your income, the State literally owns your labor. The progressive income tax strongly discourages the creation of new innovations, goods and services, as well as depleting and discouraging citizens to obtain more income. (photo)

2)The federal income tax has grown far beyond its original scope. The income tax was first placed into circulation as a 1-7% tax on only the very richest Americans. The first IRS income tax form had all those earning less than $20,000 paying NOTHING. (8) This may sound insignificant but, per the Minneapolis FED, this was the equivalent of $430,707 in 2009. (9) This top tax bracket grew to an onerous 92% in the 1950s. While the rate for the richest has receded, for the middle class this tax has grown 500% to 1000% from this time period. (10) Today, the top 1% of all wage-earners still pay over 40% of the total income tax collected. (11)

However, this certainly does not mean that the average American is not taxed heavily. An American making a salary of $50,000 will still pay around 15% in federal income tax without factoring in tax on interest and capital gains. This is in addition to the 15.3% payroll flat tax from Social Security and Medicare, the 3.07% Pennsylvania state income tax, any local, estate, vehicle, sales or property taxes, and the most vicious hidden tax of them all, the FED’s inflation tax, which has been running amok at 5-10% annually since 2002. (12) (13)

3)The premise behind collecting the federal income tax is a complete farce. The IRS claims the tax is voluntary, whereas any sane American realizes that she or he will go to jail if the tax is not paid. The Treasury calls it “our voluntary tax system.” (14) The IRS claims it pursues “enforcement programs to promote voluntary compliance” and establishes “strategies to maximize voluntary tax law compliance by emphasizing customer satisfaction.” (14) This is evident from not only the legal code, but even from the latest 1040 instructions to the taxpayer! (15A) (15B) (16)

IRS Commissioner Douglas Shulman writes that the American taxpayer willingly pays income tax “of their own free will” but laments “unfortunately, there will always be some that cheat their fellow citizens by avoiding the payment of their fair share of taxes.” Shulman then infers that IRS enforcement will be “prompt” and “strong” (read: ‘swift’ and ‘merciless’) for this voluntary tax. (17)

4)The federal income tax is of dubious constitutionality and the Founding Fathers sought to prevent it. The 16th “Income Tax” Amendment of 1913 may never have been officially ratified, and even if it was, in 1916 the Supreme Court ruled “the Sixteenth Amendment does not purport to confer power to levy income taxes” in Brushaber vs. Union Pacific Railroad. (18) (19) (20) (21) However, I do concede the point that Congress has successfully used the amendment as the basis of its powers to tax incomes.

It is important to realize that the Congress can stop the income tax without first revoking the 16th Amendment. After all, the 16th Amendment did not really create a NEW tax; all it did was allow for DIRECT taxation of the citizens. Before the 16th, federal taxes were apportioned; that is, each state paid their “dues” to the federal government based on population. Washington, D.C. never sent a tax bill to each individual citizen. The 16th changed all this, and it is crucial to understand that our Founders did not intend for this to happen because its omission was purposefully done in the original Constitution.

5)The income tax is mostly used for War-Making, the Welfare State, and the National Debt – not general government and law enforcement! The income tax amounted to $1.2 Trillion for 2008. (2) Outlays were for $2.9 Trillion plus the $0.8 Trillion October bailout. (1) We spent just $0.067 Trillion for general government and law enforcement! (3) Out of every tax dollar, the IRS estimates we spend about a quarter on defense, a dime on the national debt, two pennies on general government & law enforcement and the remainder on Social Security (a giant Ponzi scheme) and other welfare and social programs. (22) (23) (24)

6)The $1.2 Trillion federal income tax is unnecessary. Cutting our overseas military empire spending of $1 Trillion per year would justify its elimination. (25) Instead of bailing out the banks for $0.8 Trillion in October and $1.1 Trillion of the Obama stimulus plan, we could have bailed out the increasingly unemployed taxpayer for the 2008 and 2009 tax bills as I argued in January 2009. (26)

7)America did quite well for one hundred and forty (140) years without an income tax, from 1776-1913.

8)Since we do not have a sound currency anchored to anything, and the fractional reserve system has broken down, this makes the income tax even more unnecessary. As related earlier, our dollar-based monetary system has been reduced to simple paper ticket printing or electrons in bank accounts. (27) It is no secret that we simply could just print up even more tickets each year to pay for government expenses instead of resorting to both the pretense and bureaucratic waste of having the IRS plunder the population. Although foreign Treasury bond holders would be horrified, at least the drop in purchasing power would be publicly visible and more honest to everyone, especially savers and those on fixed incomes.
9)Today’s Establishment use the federal income tax solely as an instrument to drive and force social and economic change. Let’s not bother with the more infamous loopholes, let’s look at the much-lauded mortgage tax credits. What were the effects? One, while beneficial for those with mortgages, the government added fuel to the FED-created housing boom by subsidizing more people to obtain mortgages. Two, over the long run, this increased demand increases the housing prices, removing some of the benefit in the tax break. Three, those without mortgages were, in effect, penalized. The same logic can be applied to other deductions, whether education credits, charitable donations, or even child credits or orphan drug research. (28) Government exists to protect liberty, not to redistribute wealth, grant special privileges, or influence the lives of individuals and their actions. (photo)

10) The federal income tax code is time-consuming, confusing and baffling for many Americans. No wonder the code itself now consists of 3.4 million words and if printed would fill 7,500 pages. (15B) The code and regulations together were 66,498 pages long in 2006. (29) The taxpayer’s 1040 instructions are 161 pages long.(17) Americans spent 6.4 Billion hours filing their taxes in 2006. (29)

11) America’s “Tax Army” employs more people (1.2 million) than we have armed forces stationed in the United States (0.9 million). (14) (4) Collecting taxes is a completely non-value added task, adding nothing to our economy. Some of our brightest minds — lawyers, accountants, and computer experts – pound away at keyboards trying to figure out either how to plunder more money from others or find loops in the tax code to “save costs” for their clients. The total cost of collecting taxes is estimated at $63 billion, ironically just $4 Billion short of funding general government and law enforcement! (30) (3) The IRS employs 91,000 and will spend $11.6 Billion in 2009 collecting taxes. (31) (32)

Mr. Towne neglects to add in this article that interest paid to the Federal Reserve is over $500 billion per year. Eliminating the Federal Reserve must be a part of any discussion of ending the IRS which is nothing more than the enforcement arm of the Fed.

He does address the Fed here and here and is well aware of their crimes.

Taxation Is Extortion and the Co-opting of Protest

I sometimes wonder which is worse: the government or the Mafia. Oh wait; they may as well be the same thing.

If you’re wondering how the logic of this admittedly brash remark works itself out, try the following. It’s simple; just publicly refuse to pay your taxes. The government will come for you and the police will try to throw you in jail. If you resist, you will be shot. Pay up, or get a bullet in your head. It’s essentially the same tactic employed by Mafia thugs.

After a long week’s labor, you get the dubious pleasure of having warmongering politicians get 30 to 40 percent of your money out of your paycheck. And it is indeed your money, not theirs. They didn’t earn it. They didn’t slave away for it. They don’t own it. They have no right to demand it from you. And they certainly have no right to take it from you by force. Taxation is essentially extortion.

There’s a reason why everybody hates the IRS. There’s a reason why Republicans manage to win elections by pledging to lower taxes—even though they never do it once elected. There’s a reason why, in olden times, tax collectors took their place among the most hated and reviled professions. If some thief burglarized your home, you’d be outraged over the loss of your property. You’d likely be even more outraged if the thief had accomplices holding you at gunpoint while stealing your stuff.

So why is it okay for the government to garnish your wages under the unseen yet implicit threat of punishment if you fail to comply? Why does the IRS get to keep extensive records on your personal financial matters, with little to no accountability on their part? Why is it acceptable for some people to force you and me—under pain of death—to subsidize their fat salaries and their generous handouts to corporate welfare queens and their bloody wars abroad?

Actually, my opening suggestion may not be relevant to the present time, because nowadays we don’t make direct payments of tax to the Treasury, which is what used to be done. Before World War II, people paid their taxes to the government in one lump sum every March. But between the war expenses and the New Deal programs, the government was racking up quite a huge bill. Knowing full well that most people wouldn’t be happy having to pay higher taxes, they came up with the ingenious solution of having employers withhold the appropriate amount of money from their employees’ paychecks and sending it off to the Treasury. This was called the “withholding tax,” but a more fitting term would be garnishing the workers’ wages. This is the system that exists to this day.

Because taxes are withheld from our paychecks and paid by someone else (our employer) to the government, we don’t really see the impact of taxation in a visceral way. Instead of paying out one lump sum of thousands each year, we come home with a paycheck with “Gross pay” and “Net pay,” and gripe over the difference. You send out a tax return form and maybe, just maybe, get a refund. Someone withholds your money from you but all you ever really see is that numerical difference. You don’t see the actual money as you shell it out to the warmongers and fat cats. The end result of this is that you never really feel the full impact of taxation. Out of sight, out of mind.

Surely if you had to mail a check for four thousand bucks to the treasury every year instead of having your employer withhold it and take care of the rest, you would be pretty PO’ed. You’d shed a tear or two as you wrote out that check and stuffed it in the mailbox and watched all that cash go down the drain. And that contributes to us believing in the legitimacy of taxation. Out of sight, out of mind . . . and therefore acceptable.

How is this any different from the Mafia demanding “protection money” from storeowners at gunpoint, then using it to finance their lavish lifestyles and criminal activities? How is it okay for greedy, power-hungry politicians to take what is rightfully yours and use it to finance their own lavish lifestyles, corruption, and the murder of poor people all over the world? If for no other reason, taxation (or rather, extortion) is wrong because it forces hardworking people like you and me to pay for the mass murder of poor people abroad, so some parasite—be he or she Republican or Democrat—can go on TV and proclaim the salvation of the Republic.

Clearly, if anybody else tried to do the same thing the government does with impunity, they’d be thrown in jail in a heartbeat.

Of course, there’s little the government does with our extorted money that society couldn’t do otherwise (and better), aside from national defense—and it doesn’t even do that too well. Suppose there were no taxes and you got to keep 100 percent of the wages you work so hard for. You could donate to charity. You could save it up and start a business and provide jobs to people who need them in this ailing economy. You could afford better health care than the government could ever provide. You could afford to go to a better school. You and the greater community could have the economic means to help more people in need, if you so desired. More importantly, you would have complete control of the fruits of your labor, which should be yours by right.

Yet because of what is essentially a massive extortion racket for the purpose of financing mass murder, corruption, and waste, this is just a pipe dream. Some people would argue that this extortion racket is somehow okay because we vote for the politicians who use our money, you know, to dole it out for what they call the “greater social good.” Of course, it wouldn’t matter if you got to vote for the Mafia dons because their extortion rackets would still be wrong regardless.

Here’s my big question: Why not apply the same principle to greedy, amoral politicians?

Speaking out, protesting and taking to the streets in opposition to the tax and spend warmonger criminals in Washington and on Wall Street is a good idea but when the right leaning main stream media is promoting it, well…you know someone is pulling their strings. Beck, Limbaugh, Hannity, Boortz, O’Reilly, etc. are no friends of the people.

Glen Beck even goes so far as to invoke 9/11 in his fake caring for our country.

“Are you ready to become that person you were (quiver, choke), that day (choke) after 9-11? On 9-12. I told ya, (voice shaking) for weeks, you’re not alone… You are the secret. You are the answer. (Choke, long pause) I’m sorry. I just love my country and I fear for it. (Long pause, wipe away tear).” {more}

The left leaners are just as bad. MSNBC is also no friend. Rachel Maddow spins…

The media is good at dividing and separating the people. It’s their job to marginalize dissent and maintain their own positions. We know who they work for.

By all means protest. Just don’t turn on the TV to get your talking points.

The Herding Technique

Lots of tea parties…..and then?

Do you know what the herding technique is? Do you know what ‘controlled opposition’ means?

In two days, millions of Americans will try to pay the IRS whatever they have left in their bank account. With the unemployment rate running as high as 13% in some states, this annual grand larceny isn’t going to produce the piles of money these thieves in Washington, DC want to fund the continuation of these immoral invasions of Afghanistan and Iraq and trillions in social spending. The usurper president has requested a whopping “new” $83.4 BILLION dollars that doesn’t exist to fund these putrid “wars” when the people’s purse is now overdrawn $11.1 TRILLION dollars. An emailer sent me a tearful note the other day. She said she’s self employed as is her husband. After the meager deductions they’re allowed, they “owe” more than $8,000 on April 15, 2009. Once they pay that, their savings account will be down to $600.00. Everything they’ve saved will go up in smoke and she asked me, “Why bother working when we can’t, no matter how hard we try, save one penny? Everything we save for the rest of this year, the IRS will steal next April.” It will be much worse than she can imagine.

Well, that is the agenda, isn’t it? Loot and bankrupt this republic until the people are so desperate they will get down on their knees and beg for mother government to “save them.” The goal is world government brought on by an engineered financial crisis. Here is a superb analysis of what how things stand today.

However, the worst is coming, mark my words.
{More – Devvy Kidd}

The message that the Federal Reserve and the IRS are illegal entities with only one purpose, enslaving the population, falls on the deaf ears of taxpayers. Still believe that your federal tax dollars pay for governmental services? In reality it all goes to pay the interest on the federal debt. The Fed prints money out of thin air, loans it to the US government and charges interest for doing so. The Fed and their central bank owners with their enforcement arm, the IRS, is the longest running scam in the history of our republic.

Central Banks! Income Tax! Are They a Scam Designed to Enslave Humanity

Do you know that in the USA alone it was determined by the Presidentially sanctioned Grace Commission during the Reagan administration, as early as 1983, that ALL of the income tax collected in the United States of America, that which they could account for (since a whole lot goes missing), goes solely to pay the interest on the national debt?

In 1913 the majority of the few truly free people in America lost not only their freedom, but the freedom of generations to come, with the enactment of the Federal Reserve Act. This Act was passed on christmas while most of our elected officials were in their home states with their families. The fact is even after the abolition of slavery made as an amendment to the constitution many Americans were not truly free including the native Americans most non Caucasians most women and even groups from countries like Ireland. However in 1913 a cunning scam long in the planning was brought into effect, which would enslave the majority of those privileged few really free Americans along with everyone else, even those minorities who were tricked into believing they were now being granted freedom. This cunning plan was to be a two pronged attack consisting of a privately owned federal reserve bank and an internal revenue service to collect a constitutionally illegal unapportioned income tax. With these two institutions in place the machinations to enslave us all were turned on right under the noses of what has become an increasingly unaware public. It is a simple plan and diabolical in it’s simplicity.

The Federal Reserve Act gave a private bank the right to print all of America’s money created from nothing and loan that money to the government and other banks at interest. This was the end of the government in America printing it’s own money and the beginning of the need to place a new and unconstitutional type of tax on the people of America to pay for this new plan of national indebtedness. Despite the fact that prior to 1913 the American government had printed its own money and had done so since it’s formation! Income tax is unconstitutional and has been ruled so by the supreme court in multiple cases, yet most Americans are compelled to pay through a campaign of intentional duress propagated and perpetuated by the Internal Revenue Service and other compliant agencies including America’s law enforcement agencies, lower courts and its intentionally under and even misinformed juries.

The lives of countless Americans are destroyed every year and their property stolen by an unconstitutional agency and this is being not only ignored but encouraged by the government. Of course the government is supporting this corruption that is what is funding them! Look at who their campaign contributers are! Look at who chairs the roundtable organizations they belong to! It’s the same people funding them that profit off of the interest from the national debt, the private owners of the central banks! This is a considerable amount of interest we are talking about.

In 1983 the presidentially sponsored Grace Commission stated that all the federal income tax collected in America which could be accounted for, (they seem to just misplace a hell of a lot,) went directly to paying only the interest on the national debt. The practical upshot of which is not one penny of the federal income tax collected actually went to funding any kind of governmental program.

Think about that for a moment, more than 25 years ago the debt was so large that all the federal income taxes had to be used to pay only the interest. Which means they had to borrow even more money to run the government, which means the interest is of course now even more; it is a vicious cycle. The government is already taking one third of the income of many Americans in the form of income taxes. What will they do when that one third is not enough to cover the interest? How long will it take before even the full income of the American worker no longer pays even the interest on the national debt? Do you see how we have all been trapped and enslaved?

Before 1913 there was no income tax. By 1983, seventy short years after the creation of the federal reserve bank, Americans are now expected to pay in perpetuity the interest on a debt that has no hope of ever being paid back. A debt that need never have existed if America had truly remained sovereign over its’ own money supply.

As always nothing remains static and now portions of the ever increasing American National Debt have been sold to China. Which means that yes, at least part of your income taxes are going to the Chinese Government. The sovereignty and the labour of the American people have been sold out to private and now foreign interests. Be careful peoples of the world if this scam has not yet arrived where you live it is on its’ way. Once aware of the facts be aware we all have a choice. I will be choosing non-violent non-compliance.

-Grace Commission report submitted to President Ronald Reagan – January 15, 1984

Ronald Reagan was promptly shot after he dared to criticize the Fed, on the same day that the Pope was shot. After recovering, he changed his mind and praised the Fed. About seven US Presidents have been assassinated for not cooperating with the Transatlantic Banking Dynasties (William Henry Harrison, poisoned, in 1841, Zachary Taylor, Lincoln, Garfield, McKinley and John F. Kennedy 1963; 7 if FDR’s poisoning is counted).

Most of us feel sick when we realize that Not one dime of IRS money goes to the US Gov’t, according to Reagan’s Grace Commission: it all goes to pay interest on a bogus debt to the Private Federal Reserve (FED), just to allow paper money to circulate as “Federal Reserve Notes”. The Federal Reserve is a private Corporation eventually owned by the Rockefellers and Rothschilds Dynasties through intermediary agents, designed to suck the capital dry from the U.S., as the Rothschilds do in Europe. The final report of the 1984 Grace Commission, convened under President Ronald Reagan, quietly admitted that none of the funds they collect from federal income taxes goes to pay for any federal government services. The Grace Commission found that those funds were being used to pay for interest on the federal debt, and income transfer payments to beneficiaries of entitlement programs like federal pension plans.

The “President’s Private Sector Survey on Cost Control”, commonly referred to as the 1984 Reagan “Grace Commission Report” reveals that 100% of the “income tax” collected is applied against the interest of the national debt. The government operates on a deficit that is created from nothing by the Privately Owned Fed (owned by the same folks who own the major commercial banks) at interest, i.e. what could be created debt free and usury free by the Treasury has been usurped by the Banking Dynasties who have been ruling the World since ancient times. Taxes are a way of controlling, or manipulating the economy. They also give people a faith in the funny money — makes it Near and dear to them.
Balanced budgets and budget surpluses are a smoke and mirror trick. They sound really good, play well for the people, but are nothing more than panderings.

Even the inventor of the electric light, Thomas Edison, joined the fray in criticizing the system of the Federal Reserve: “If our nation can issue a dollar bond, it can issue a dollar bill. The element that makes the bond good, makes the bill good, also… It is absurd to say that our country can issue $30 million in bonds and not $30 million in currency. Both are promises to pay, but one promise fattens the usurers and the other helps the people.”

In President Lincoln’s words (he was assassinated by the Banksters’ agent) ”The
Government should create, issue, and circulate all the currency and credits needed to satisfy the spending power of the Government and the buying power of consumers. By the adoption of these principles, the taxpayers will be saved immense sums of interest.”
